Must buy for bigger hands!,
This is the first review I have ever done for an Amazon product. I have purchased well over a hundred different products from Amazon, but I am so pleased with this item, I had to do a review!
PROS

I have owned this grip set for about 3 weeks now, and it has not left my PSP since. I really love how it makes the PSP so much easier to hold. I am a male gamer in my early 30′s, with slightly large hands. I no longer have to use a pillow to prop up the PSP while playing lying down on my back. The grip is made of a smooth type of plastic that is very well made, with no sharp edges. The unit is extremely easy to remove, simply turn a dial and slide down the locking piece. There is plenty of room for the AC plug, as well as the head phones and usb ports.
I had to try very hard to find a CON for this product. Though the UMD is a little difficult to open, it is not impossible, and only takes a little getting use to. The product, in no way hurts the actual PSP unit or UMD door!
Overall, this is an A++ product and is well worth the price. If you own a PSP 2000/3000, then I definitely recommend buying. Also worth mentioning, the shipper had this product in my hands in less than 3 days with just standard shipping.

|Excellent Handle for the PSP!,
This PSP “comfort grip” has outstanding feel and is very well-made. It holds the PSP snugly and allows cable access to both the headphone jack and the power jack as well as finger access to the power switch. The UMD door is accessible with a little effort. The grip’s rear access door is rugged and supports the unit in an upright position for movie viewing (my main use for the PSP) when propped open.
I am certain that game play would be greatly enhanced. I say “certain”, since my PSP “conveniently” lost function in the d-pad and analog stick when I and my son tried to play a game with it. Once I get my PSP repaired by Sony, my son and I will be anxious to play Ace Combat JA with this new grip. It is almost indistinguishable from a normal PS2 controller. It’s basically a PS2 controller with a built-in PSP!
For viewing movies, this grip makes it easy and secure to watch either while holding the PSP or propping on my chest or on a table.
I should be revisiting this review after my PSP returns with functional buttons and analog and we’ve had a chance to play ACJA with it.
5 stars for initial impression!

|Exactly what I wanted,
I had my original psp stolen with my nykon charge grip. I was disappointed when I couldn’t find another one on amazon so I started searching for other brands. None of them caught my interest except this one. All the reviews were positive and I decided to give it a try. I was pleased when I got to checkout and it said I got free shipping, and even more pleased when it arrived on my doorstep less than three days later. I am completely satisfied with this product, it’s comfortable and I like the slot in the back so you can put games in without having to detach the system. I recommend this product to any psp 2000/3000 owner.
